We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your ceramic product must meet the following conditions:
It is in the same condition as when you received it.
It is unused and in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Haruware.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom products (e.g., specially designed or personalized ceramics).
Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product you have (if eligible) and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@Haruware.com.
For EU Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
