🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within this timeframe.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as received: unused, not displayed, undamaged.
Be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Include clear photos of the item and its packaging when requesting a return.
Not fall under the list of non-returnable items (see below).
Note:
As our products are handcrafted ceramics, slight variations in color, texture, or shape compared to reference images are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.
Accepted Return Cases
Item has a manufacturing defect.
Item was damaged during shipping (must report within 48 hours after delivery).
Wrong item, color, or quantity was delivered.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products.
Items with discounts greater than 30% off the original price.
Gift cards or voucher codes.
Used, damaged, or improperly stored products.
2. How to Request a Return
Send a return request to support@haruware.com, including:
Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Order number or purchase receipt.Wait for approval from HaruWare.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Note:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the return request.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or wrong delivery: HaruWare covers return shipping.
If the return is for personal reasons: Customer covers return shipping.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Return Packaging Requirements
Items must be securely packaged with sufficient shock protection.
HaruWare is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging.
5. Refunds
We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the return does not meet the conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please:
Send a cancellation request to support@haruware.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation will be accepted only if:
The request is made within 12 hours, and
The order has not yet entered production.
Important Notes:
Once production has started (even if the item has not been shipped), cancellations are no longer accepted.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Refund for canceled orders:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
7. EU Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to:
14 days cooling-off period after receiving the product, during which you may cancel or return for any reason.
Procedure:
Send a clear withdrawal notice to support@haruware.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return the item within 14 days after notification.
Conditions:
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs:
Customer bears the shipping costs if returning for personal reasons.
Exceptions:
Customized or personalized products are excluded from this right.
Refunds:
Refunds, including original shipping costs (if any), will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
