At HaruWare, each piece is lovingly handcrafted and hand-painted with care and patience.
We aim to ensure that the shipping process reflects the same level of attention and professionalism as the making of our products.

Below are the full details of our shipping policy:

🌍 SHIPPING AREAS

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product size/weight and shipping destination.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $300 USD (after discounts, before taxes and shipping fees).

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

⏳ ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Processing Time:

  • As all items are handcrafted and hand-painted, please allow 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

  • USA (Domestic): 7–10 business days

  • UK (Domestic): 7–14 business days

  • EU, CA, AU, NZ: 7-14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days depending on destination

⚠️ Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local postal service performance

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand seasons (e.g., holidays)

We will promptly inform you if any unexpected delays occur.

💰 SHIPPING COSTS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product and location.

  • Orders over $200 USD are eligible for free shipping.

  • Import duties, VAT, or any customs fees are not included in your purchase price.

  • These fees, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are determined by the local customs office.

Please note: While many shipments pass through without additional charges, HaruWare cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties in every case.

🚚 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

❌ REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

HaruWare is not responsible for refunds or reshipments in cases where:

  • The customer refuses the package.

  • Delivery attempts fail multiple times without success.

  • The shipment is marked as "Delivered" at the address provided.

📦 DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Please contact us at support@haruware.com within 21 days after the delivery date.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for faster resolution.

We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.

✏️ ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order:

Please note:

  • Once your order has entered the production process (handcrafting/painting) or has been shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

⏱️ DELIVERY DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We strive to deliver your order on time.
However, HaruWare is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Public holidays

  • Pandemics

  • Carrier-related issues beyond our control

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
HaruWare is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or undelivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
